The picture is struggling to make money at the box office because there isn’t enough of an audience to support it. This is unexpected given that the film stars the legendary Amitabh Bachchan and marks the Bollywood debut of the beautiful Rashmika.

The movie reportedly did poorly at the box office, even with steep price cuts. On its seventh day in theatres, the film made almost 0.40 crore. Trade publications estimate that GoodBye had earned Rs 6.01 crore (about $1.015 million) in domestic ticket sales after 5 days.

The Bhalla family’s turmoil is at the center of “Goodbye,” a film released on October 7.
